These Terms govern your use of curbsideatx.com and the bin valet service provided by CurbSide ("Curbside ATX," "we," "us"). By signing up or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
We move your trash and recycling bins from their storage spot to the curb before your scheduled pickup and return them after collection, on the schedule you select. We photograph your bins as proof of service. We do not haul trash, clean bins, or collect trash ourselves; collection is performed by your waste provider.
By signing up, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to arrange this service, and you authorize CurbSide and its team members to enter the property's exterior areas (such as driveways, side yards, and gates you give us access to) as needed to move your bins.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurbSide is not liable for any damage to bins, property, landscaping, vehicles, or personal belongings arising from the service, for missed or late pickups by your waste provider, for fines or fees assessed by your waste provider or HOA, or for any indirect or consequential damages. If CurbSide is found liable for any claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for service in the month the claim arose.
If we miss a scheduled service, contact us within 48 hours and we will credit that service. A credit is your sole remedy for a missed service. We are not responsible for service we could not perform because of blocked or locked access, incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or severe weather.
Prices are shown on our website at signup. Subscription plans renew automatically and are billed to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with no contract; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and payments already made are non-refundable except as required by law. One-time services are charged when booked.
Our team will photograph your bins at the curb and after return. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are stored and used.
We may change our service, service area, prices, or these Terms. We will post updates on this page and notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
We may pause or end service if payment fails, if access is repeatedly unavailable, or if conditions at the property are unsafe.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
